Dinner Parties
Looking for an event to remember? I can be your attending Chef for dinner parties for up to 30 people. You can choose the menu or I can create one for you. I'll do the shopping, prepare the food and present the servings. You simply choose the date, invite the guests and enjoy the evening.
Fun Presentations
Would you like your guests to enjoy a unique dining experience? Consider my participation dinner party. Everyone can help prepare a part of the meal; it's your own cooking show! Your guests will learn some new recipes and useful cooking tips while enjoying beverages and having some great fun. You and your guests will be in the mood of the party while I finish the meal as you sit to enjoy the first course. Then I'll present the food we prepared together!

Want something less formal? I can assist you in creating a wine and food tasting party.
I have access to wine makers to come to your home in the San Antonio, TX area for a wine and food presentation if you so desire.
Wine selections
Looking for harmonious food and wine parings? I can offer selections from your own cellar or suggest wines to purchase for each of your meals.
I have made several visits to Sonoma/Napa, Pacific Northwest, as well as regional wineries. I can handle simple or complex requests.
Dietary constraints
Want an easy and enjoyable way to follow your doctor's orders? I will take the dietary instructions from your physician, nutritionist or trainer and ensure the food you eat is not only within their guidelines, but that it is something you will truly enjoy.
